Hello everyone! Today, I had an unforgettable experience at a brand-new vegan restaurant that will surely leave you amazed: Thien Chay Vien Minh, located at 72 Nguyen Khuyen Street.

The name itself evokes a sense of tranquility. But don't think a vegan restaurant is boring because this place has so many surprises waiting for us to explore!

As soon as we stepped into Thien Chay Vien Minh, we were immediately impressed by the vast space spanning six floors. The first floor makes a strong impression with a giant bell, creating a serene atmosphere from the very first moment. The restaurant is also very thoughtful, providing a counter with pháp phục (traditional Buddhist attire) and áo dài (traditional Vietnamese long dress) for guests to wear comfortably, enjoy a delicious meal, and take plenty of photos in the aesthetically pleasing Zen-inspired space.

The most "Instagrammable" spot must be the sixth floor – a rooftop area with a spacious and airy courtyard. We guarantee this is the ideal backdrop for those "million-like" photos. Especially during sunset, enjoying vegan food here is incredibly relaxing!

And if you're going with a large group, there's no need to worry about seating as the restaurant has a large capacity and several private rooms. • Nấm đùi gà chay (Vegan King Oyster Mushroom): A vegan version of the "rang muối" dish, but even more flavorful when dipped in the yogurt sauce.

• Nem nơ sầu riêng (Durian Spring Rolls): For those who love durian like us! This dish must be eaten hot and is more like a pastry with a dipping sauce.

• Soups and Sauces: The soups here are smooth and creamy, from the herb-flavored cheese soup with mushrooms to the rich rose soup with pasta and walnuts and the pumpkin soup in a bread bowl.

• Drinks: We highly recommend the warm rose tea, perfect for chilly days. Plum tea and peach tea are also great options.
